Privacy comes before the birthday surprise.
BirthdaySong is private by default. Stories, previews, songs, orders, and reaction uploads are not public discovery content.
What we collect
We collect the purchaser email, recipient details, birthday date, creative story, production status, payment references supplied by Stripe, and optional feedback.
How it is used
We use submitted data only to validate, produce, deliver, support, and protect the private order. External music services receive the minimum creative brief and never receive payment data or customer email.
Private links
Order, preview, and song links are unguessable access tokens. Do not post a private song link where people outside the intended group can access it.
Marketing consent
A review or reaction upload is not permission to advertise it. Marketing use requires a separate affirmative consent.
