Names, pronunciations, places, and submitted facts can be corrected once after delivery.
Remake
A remake applies when the output materially misses the approved brief, not when the purchaser changes the original story or requests a new genre after production.
Refund
If the remake cannot resolve the documented concern, the paid order may be refunded. Refunded orders lose further production and private download access.
